ATER Pump Suite · Effective November 1, 2026
The short version
These terms apply to your use of the ATER Pump Suite (the “Suite”), ATER's online tools for finding, selecting, designing, quoting and supporting ATER products. “ATER,” “we” and “us” mean ATER.
By creating an account or selecting “I agree,” you accept these terms for yourself and for the company you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Suite.
The Suite is still in active beta. We launch new enhancements every week and add new tools when customers and our team request them. We are always growing it to serve the industry better.
Because it is in beta, features may be added, changed, moved or removed at any time without notice, and you may run into errors, incomplete information or short interruptions. When you tell us about a problem, we work to fix it quickly.
Some features use artificial intelligence (AI), including voice dictation, AI search, writing and “improve” suggestions, summaries, product recommendations, chat assistants and computer-generated voices.
AI can make mistakes. It can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, including answers that sound confident but are wrong. Review AI-generated content before you rely on it, share it or act on it.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including anything you pass on to your own customers.
Pump selections, performance curves, sizing, system designs, calculations, code references and other technical information in the Suite are provided to support the judgment of qualified professionals, not to replace it. Final product selection, system design, installation, and compliance with local codes, permits and regulations remain the responsibility of the user and the designer or installer of record.
If the Suite differs from ATER's published product literature, manuals or installation instructions, the published literature controls. Always follow the product's installation and safety instructions.
Prices, lead times, stock levels and availability shown in the Suite are for reference, may change without notice, and are confirmed only by a formal quote or order confirmation from ATER or your ATER distributor.
When you use an AI feature, the text, voice recordings or files you provide are sent to third-party AI service providers to produce the result.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, bank details or passwords, into notes, messages or AI features.
We use the information in your account to provide and support the Suite and to serve you as an ATER customer.
Your account is for you. Keep your password private, do not share your sign-in, and tell ATER right away if you think someone else has used it. ATER may suspend or remove access to the Suite at any time, for example to protect the Suite or the people who use it.
We welcome ideas and requests; many of the Suite's tools started that way. If you send us feedback or suggestions, ATER may use them to improve the Suite with no obligation to you.
During beta the Suite is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Suite or its AI-generated content.
These terms cover the Suite software only. They do not change the warranty on ATER products you buy.
As the Suite grows we may update these terms. When we make a meaningful change, we will ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you use the Suite. The effective date at the top shows which version you are reading.
